Our mission is to inspire and equip kids to be world changers for Christ. This is done weekly on Sunday and Wednesday in a safe environment on campus. Kidz Zone offers worship service and activities for kidz in grades 1st – 6th. Kinder Point is a designed worship service and teaching for kidz who are age 4 – Kindergarten. Starting Point Nursery care is provided for newborn to age 3.
The Point Student Ministries

The Point Student Ministries is designed for middle and high school students. Worship services with Biblical teaching are provided for
6th-12th grade on Wednesdays. This environment provides an opportunity for spiritual growth and discipleship while maintaining a balance of fun. Planned monthly activities and trips enhance the excitement for this ministry. We desire to help students find their purpose of being created and lifelong friends while keeping Christ their primary focus.

Frontline Worship consists of vocals and band for worship services, special events, and productions. Music is an integral part of our Worship experience and brings a variety of worship styles and many opportunities for those with musical talents, gifts, and abilities. This ministry allows you to express those through worship. Rehearsals are each Wednesday, 7PM.

The Media Ministry of Griffin Center Point Church is a dynamic of ministry that enhances the live worship experiences for our physical campus along with our online campus. Opportunities to reach people in this world are as big as the world itself. You can serve the vision of reaching people within and outside of our walls by joining this ministry. There are positions in sound, lighting, computer presentation, video camera operators, photography, social media marketing, video production, and media control room assistants. The excitement in this ministry is limitless and so are the opportunities for you.

This opportunity allows you to connect with the families of GCPC immediately on Sundays and at any event requiring check-in on campus. Located in the Kidz Zone area, you will be involved in using our computer check-in system for all kidz attending the children’s ministry.

This ministry offers prayer for special needs made known to the church. This team assists in worship services by praying with persons for personal needs as well as assisting Pastor in altar services. There are also opportunities to pray with people attending our online campus through chat and email.

Hooked: Fishers of Men - Men’s Ministry

Hooked: Fishers of Men meets at different times and venues in an effort to produce quality relationships, Biblical training, and fellowship. All men are invited to be a part of this necessary ministry.
Super S.T.A.R.S. - Saints That Are Really Special

Super STARS is an exciting program of ministry and activities just for you and your friends, ages 50 years and over. Special trips and activities are planned along with meeting the second Tuesday of each month on campus for lunch.
The Lunch Bunch –Widows Ministry

This group is a support group for widows. They meet the last Friday or Saturday of each month for lunch at a local restaurant.

This group meets for breakfast and then a time of intercessory prayer each Tuesday morning in the Common Point of Griffin Center Point Church. After prayer, the group visits Nursing Homes and the Homebound.

The Greeters Ministry consists of friendly men and women who enjoy welcoming guest as they arrive for worship services and special events. This ministry assists in parking and security for worship services and special events. The start to every Griffin Center Point Church experience happens when people drive onto our property. Feeling welcome, knowing where to go, and being shuttled in a golf cart to the front door for all who attend is a pleasantry coming from your service in the parking ministry.

With so many events and serving opportunities offered through the ministry of Griffin Center Point Church, volunteers are necessary for them to be successful. You can be a part of a ministry that serves people in extreme need, serves those becoming new members, to those who have been a part of this local church community their entire lives – all people.

Common Grounds is located in the Front Foyer of the church and is open from 9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. each Sunday morning and during special events. Volunteers have the opportunity to serve people in a café environment giving a great start to their experience on campus.

Many opportunities throughout the year are presented to reach our community with the love of Christ. The Outreach ministry is one that serves people with food, clothing, and assistance for families. You can serve at these scheduled events and emergency situations.

This ministry gathers prepared food and serves families before or after a memorial service. In cases of long term illness, they minister as needed. You can assist by preparing food or serving.
Nursing Home & Prison

The heart of this ministry is to connect and minister to those who are shut in. Once a month, the opportunity is available to worship with, pray with, and share God’s word with those in the local nursing home. The same opportunity exists for those in prison at different times of the year.
