We will begin a new season of adult discipleship groups on Wednesday! Eight different teachers will present their topic over an eight-week span. Please stop by the Followship table at Connection Point and sign up for the location of your choice. This path is one that validates the purpose of multigenerational connection in discipleship by following Jesus together.
We are a group which helps those who have a need but no funds. If you are looking for a ministry that helps others and gives you a warm feeling in your heart,then this might be the perfect ministry for you. No construction experience is required and tools are furnished if you don’t have any. Men and women between the ages of 16-80 are welcome. We currently have several projects pending. Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, 12 step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurt, pain or addiction of any kind. Starting April 1, we will have an online discipleship class called the GCPC Rapid Bible Read Thru for 2019. This class will be available online through a Facebook group. In this class we will read the Bible together chronologically. We will have the opportunity to post what God has spoken to us as we read or maybe even discuss questions you have What better way to connect that to read the Bible together! Fusion is back this spring! All middle school, high school, and young adults are invited to join us on April 7th right here in the worship center of GCPC for a night of worship and fellowship. The night kicks of at 6 PM, so make sure to mark your calendars and bring your friends!
Thank you so much for your interest in our upcoming Guatemala trip, July 20-27,2019. We are so excited about this team that God is putting together for such a time as this, to fulfill His will for a hurting people! We will need a $100 nonrefundable deposit from each person by Sunday, March 2nd. We will also have a team meeting on March 2nd, immediately following service and Mike and Mary will be joining us to meet the team. Guatemala coming soon! Are you ready? On Sunday, October 21st, Pastor Freddie and Suzette Edwards from Alabama will be with us for Miracle Sunday. Suzette will be sharing her testimony of how God healed her on Good Friday, March 30, 2018 of Parkinson’s Disease after battling it for 14 years.
