We will begin a new season of adult discipleship groups on Wednesday! Eight different teachers will present their topic over an eight-week span. Guatemala coming soon! Are you ready? Join us on Sunday February 17th in the sanctuary, immediately following the morning service to answer any questions you may have about this year's upcoming mission trip to Guatemala. This will be a short informative meeting to give you information about the trip which is scheduled for July 20th through the 27th, 2019. Mike and Mary Bruce our missionaries to Guatemala, will be joining us as well. If you have any interest at all, come to the meeting and ask all your questions. Join us for a GCPC Family Thanksgiving dinner on November 18th at 6 PM. The Worship Center will be transformed into a dining hall. Turkey and dressing, along with tea and water will be provided. On Sunday, October 21st, Pastor Freddie and Suzette Edwards from Alabama will be with us for Miracle Sunday. Suzette will be sharing her testimony of how God healed her on Good Friday, March 30, 2018 of Parkinson’s Disease after battling it for 14 years. Pator Freddie will be preaching for us in the service. It’s going to be a great day. Spread the word and invite others to be here.
We are excited about another way to show the love of Christ as the body of Christ with Serve Day, April 28th. Encourage your family and friends to take part in this all-inclusive opportunity that will consist of only a three-hour span that Saturday morning, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The blessing of following Christ in serving others is immeasurable.
